  1. Can I throw chia seeds in too. I’ve been doing the water, lemon juice, chia, cinnamon before breakfast . Can I add the olive oil too ? Only asking because I don’t know the science , of how it all breaks down in the body .

  2. I wonder if I could make a bit more, keep it in the fridge and drink over a couple of days. I am not lazy, I just always squeeze a whole lemon and keep its juice in a jar in the fridge😊

  3. I am Greek and we literally use these exact two ingredients together for salads like broccoli, cauliflower, even salad greens. Whenever I see people promoting those fancy vinaigrettes I just have to roll my eyes😂
