    I’m a child with keto parents that will literally BAN suger from the house if you eat to much of it. And what they have told me is that most oils have things called artificial colors, and shit somthing artificial and they are SO BAD FOR YOU so what we use is butter for oil or beef tallow it makes EVERYTHING 10x better. And also in a lot of foods there are artificial coloring and what I’ve said before it’s terrible for you. And we also get milk from grass fed cows because cows are not supposed to be fed grain and a lot of cows are fed grain😭, and the industry has taught people to feed cows grain which is bad to drink or eat stuff from a cow that’s been fed grain. My mom and dad bought like a whole half a cow (the meat not organs) and we’ve basically been surviving off of meat and protein lol. And since eggs are so expensive nowadays and people aren’t feeding them the right food we have 37 chickens in our backyard like fuckin blue eggers, olive eggers, chocolate eggers, and reg eggers, and they taste sooo gooodddd🤪 also for some berries people add extra sugar to make them sweeter so just make sure your buying from the right brand babes!❤️but I hope yall can figure out what keto is (not specifically the girl in the video) bc not everything that you see that says ~keto~ on it doesn’t mean it’s actually ketogenic.
