My grandma used to add butter to her coffee …like 50 years ago….I grew up with it. I've always rejected carbs as a kid….so interesting….for me keto feels so natural.

I slice up my chicken breasts and dip them in melted butter or ghee.
butter in coffee sounds horrible
I am a butter user in my coffee. I used to use a splash of the bad for you creams with nut milk or years ago fat free milk. When I switched to raw dairy or grass fed dairy my intolerance to whole milk went away. I now use a tsp of butter and a splash of grass fed whole milk or raw milk when I can get it, to my coffee every morning. I don’t miss the sugary fake stuff at all!
2 months, under 1200 calories, macros were spot on lost 2 pounds. Keto sucks.
