  1. I don't agree with the berries as being keto. Maybe a better option for your diet but I avoid most fruit sure to the sugar (even if natural, it'll still some insulin). Most i have is lemon in water.

  2. Idk why they say berries are low carb. Even minus the fiber my frozen berries are 11 carbs. Sometimes I don’t eat 11 carbs in an entire day. And every time I eat berries it throws me out of ketosis

  3. I found it harder to give up the oranges and bananas than maltesers. I was having a 4 orange freshly squeezed juice every day , smoothies with bananas and mangoes. Once I stopped the orange, banana and mango intake, assisted with cutting out sugar processed foods and high carbs it happened quite soon. My tummy lost all the bloating, reducing it to half its size anddddddd the anxiety I felt at 4.00pm every day for sugar dissapeared. It sucked though for two weeks until I saw the results, I also felt clearer in my mind and much more agile.
