  1. This is garbage advice, way too low intake, you’ll shed your muscles while slimming. Up carb and protein a bit, add gym and physical activity, get your maintenance around 2300-2500. Eat 2000. Stay deficit 500. Weekly 1lb down. While preserving muscle and giving enough time for skin to stay lean. Or else loose skin more effect(depends on age and time while fat) and muscle loss due to low carb and protein. My personal is 200g protein, 200g carb, 50-70g fat. Max. Max intake 2000-2200, daily maintenance 2700-2800. Yes my schedule incorporates 2hr workout and daily 10mile walking.

Its better than what i have been doing for the last 2 months around 800 calories a day some days even 0 and less than 20 grams of carbs or 0 and 0 sugar or maybe some natural sugar and less than 40 grams of fat and maybe 60 grams of protein and 20-40k steps a day no gym because i have social anxiety but still lost 60+ pounds and still at it but god I feel so weak and loosing my motivation and my mind at this point
