Honestly im tired of seeing so many people complaining on how losing weight is harder than gaining weight and skinny people shouldn’t complain because « you’re skinny so you have no reason to be insecure », like have you experienced how it feels to wake up to your stomach being so empty you have to walk and duck to the kitchen to eat something because ur stomach is so empty standing straight is painful or uncomfortable. If you’re skinny and ur nervous system is rigged, it makes everything worse, we have to regulate our nervous system as well. Its harder to gain than to lose yet so many videos of losing weight but barely to gain weight

Omg thank you so much for this i’m gonna try the protein shake idea i have been struggling with gaining weigh for long also with the life issues i was going through past year made my body look like a sick person even though i’m no longer in the issues now i’m sick of listening to people saying how thin skinny i am that’s the most horrible thing listening it every i mean i know they dont need to tell me and i am really trying to eat more but it’s not easy for me i feel always full when i over eat i throw up so i’m getting my body use to eat thank you so much for this i hope i will gain weight soon ❤️

  4. I just have to stop and acknowledge how funny it is that you only just realised that the only way to gain weight is to eat more calories. It’s the very funny reverse of people trying to loose weight trying all these weight loss supplements and superfoods to magically loose weight. I don’t understand how as a society so few people understand the most basic and essential of our biological processes. Food is fuel. Exercise uses fuel. Eat more than you burn you store it as fat. Eat less than you burn your body uses that stored energy. Yes if you want to go about gaining to loosing weight in a healthy and sustainable way you should think about macronutrients, and everyone should be exercising for fitness but anyone can gain or loose weight eating literally only, for example, twinkies. Eat 3000 calories worth of twinkies and sit on your ass and you’ll gain weight. Eat 1200 calories of twinkies and go for a walk you’ll loose weight. It’s just math.

  6. I'm just like you. 5'10 and staying around 130-135 lbs. Starting to weight training and I want so much to get very strong, but still keep some fat so I don't like muscular like a bodybuilder. Working out does help make you more hungry, fortunately.

  7. Want is the secret I need to gain weight I lost my husband about 8 months ago and I need to gain my weight was 145 lbs so when I went to doctor I weighed 124 lbs can’t none of my clothes I need help

  9. quaker it’s is unhealthy i heard cause it’s super processed i’ll avoid that to be honest probably, after all our body is a temple of the holy spirit so we have to treat it right, not stuff it with junk for the case of looking better
