I don’t know if you know, but going low carb for fat loss can work remarkably well, but there’s one big problem with it – it doesn’t fix your broken carbohydrate metabolism.
First, let’s be clear – all processed carbs in the US are horrible. These should never be eaten. Ever
Now if you’re the type of person who whenever they eat any kind of carb, even fruit, and it makes you gain weight… you kinda have a BIG problem.
This is telling me that your glucose metabolism is broken, which means your ability to create energy in your cells is pretty severely impaired, which is not good.
So if this is you, you should try to fix this because if your body has the ability to properly use carbs and fats, for example, like all children can – who typically have incredible metabolisms, then you can still lose weight even if you eat a few more carbs, which seems kind nice!
But going low carb can work incredibly well for fat loss. It just bypasses the main problem though.

Are you sure. Going low carb increases your insulin sensitivity doesn’t it. Also it gives your pancreas break which could be needed if you have been in high carb diet for years.

Your body also makes its own glucose from protein and fat through a process called gluconeogenesis. So yes, you’ll always have some sugar (glucose) in your system.
But you don’t need to eat sugar for that to happen. There are essential fats and essential proteins but there are no essential carbohydrates. Yes, your body needs glucose, but it can make all it needs internally, even if you never eat a carb again.
So you’re not depriving your body you’re just letting it regulate sugar naturally, instead of flooding it with constant spikes.
No need to fix your carb metabolism if you dont ever eat carbs. Kinda illogical from my point of view

Issue with a lot of people is they're too carb dependent. Fresh fruits and veggies are the excemption but if its a starch carb then thats a pos.

Carbs means insulin release, (carb is stored into fat) low carbs means fat release (glucagon appears). Our body should have more glucagon release than insulin release.
Stop creating sensationalized videos by using the word, "broken." Our glucose metabolism is not broken.
Load of rubbish. Eating carbs gets you to unhealthy over the long time. Once your body cannot process carbs well is not because 0 carbs foods, but because of eating carbs itself!
There is not cheat sheet to miraculously stay healthy and eat high carb diet. Kids are healthy because their bodies are not yet damaged by carbs

How about, hey if you're gonna eat some processed carbs, add a high in insoluble/soluble fiber vegetable, with some line juice and salt to make it taste better, and even some protein and fat, to make the beneficial effects of processed carbs increase, while mitigating some of their more negative effects, by signaling to your brain to hold onto food in your stomach, and allowing the insoluble fiber to "thicken" the digest, and prolong the release of said processed carbs? NOoooooooo that would take a bit of effort and research, just git gud scrub! xD
