  1. Greetings my friend! I am new to your channel and just subscribed. This was an excellent and informative video. Respectfully, what is your formal educational background in human nutrition? I love this video and cannot wait until I have the time to do some binge watching. Again, excellent video; better content. Me and mine wish you and yours all things great and good; take care, be safe, all my best and God bless!!! Chuck Knight from Buffalo, Texas. 🤠✝️🙏🐩👍

  3. Hi Ben I’ve being doing keto but struggling to lose body fat. I train 6 days strength and cardio. I am 51 and struggling with hormonal issues such as peri menopause and fibroids. My ketones are low 0.4. Don’t know where I’m going wrong and trying to be in a deficit 🤦‍♀️

  4. Wow! You followed through on my recommendation, Rhonda Patrick. She's awesome, as are you. Can't wait until you two do a podcast together. Would love to learn more about broccoli sprouts and keto. Keep up the good work.
