  1. I'm a doctor studying English. The way you talk, explain Healthy Eating is quite precise and amazing. I really enjoy this video, you're doing a great job for those who want to absorb English.

  2. I have searched for a channels to help me for improving my English but really yr channel is the strongest one
I gain vocab and also accent
But plz I want to reach pdf but I can't it is not free?

  3. You both are right that there is a growing trend of healthy eating and more and more people are trying to opt for food packed with nutrients and vitamins. However, in my country, food is a big part of our culture and on top of that it’s high in calories. Except for big occasions, people are now trying to switch over to more healthy food. There is an ever increasing demand of fresh produce which are usually more expensive than the processed ones. Several food fads keep coming and going, such as low carb , low fat and low calorie diets, but I feel staying healthy is all about changing your lifestyle. Though there are no quick fixes, I opt to swap out fizzy drinks and cut down food that has high calorie content. I switched over to organic and fresh produce which.

  4. great video!

first – the best diet today is:: "The Optimum Human Diet" –the ebook. The book has integrated sciences and synergistic effects. You just need to read or comprehend the ~ advanced information . testosterone – 4 to 8/10 reps builds size, HGH – 12 reps increases strength mostly and more lean mass or lean type of growth compared to test. mostly size and muscular development/s. you got cell surface hormones – peptides(small/short proteins) – HGH, IGF-1 = speed and strength, and then you got internal cell hormones – cholesterol or steroid hormones = size and differentiation/development/s. Thank Y'all. 👂🪿🌮🧬🦍🌯🐽🐷🐷🐖🐖🏋‍♀😉💪(anabolic hormones like HGH first bind to receptors in the cell or on the surface of the muscle cell where it stimulates biochemical reactions that lead to transcription factors entering the nucleus and the transcription of genes for muscle growth and development where the end product is a protein from the hormonal cascade. so the hormone/receptor complex stimulates inner cell cascades that go to the nucleus and stimulate the production of proteins, is how hormones work. )

to get rippled and lean with little size you do the 3/4 ~60%, carbs 1/4 meat or 40%. That's about it. guaranteed improvements if the concepts in the book are applied.

  5. Personally, I've gained a lot of knowledge from both of you, and I truly appreciate it with a biggest heart. I've only just started immersing myself in two of your videos, but I found myself a sense of excitement. Two you guys have an efficient and natural discussion that makes me feel much more comfortable and relaxed. Thanks a lot!

  6. I haven't been keen on adding some escorts like greens on my meals, but i have now realized it's healthy to eat some greens, thank you so much for this lesson and those kind advises.

  7. Thanks a lot again! Absolutely fantastic! I just crave your videos, guys! As for healthy eating that a really hard nut to crack but step by step I try to do my best. Cutting out all the fizzy drinks wasn't difficult at all becouse I never liked them. I also switched over to whole grain bread and drink my coffee and tea sugar free. Then I usually stock the fridge with whole foods and finally I try to get in some veg with every meal. Please let me know if I made any mistakes!
Love you, you are better than a nice slice of pizza!

  8. I am a wary person about what I eat. Honestly, sometimes I may stray but oftemtimes ı get back on the house and try to stay on track of my healthy eating journey. I am raising a 5 years old kid, since the birth, we have been staying away from packaged, processed food. Sometimes ı feel a bit pity for him when he meets someone and says he has never tasted chocolate. But as a cautious mom, ı am trying to do my best and offer him some healthier alternatives. Like chocolate with dates, no coloring, no additives… nowadays, we are swabbing out cowmilk for almond milk, and milk is his favourite drink. After trying the almond milk, he said " it is a bit different but ı will get used to it😢" ı feel so lucky to have such an easygoing kid, ı cut out his favourite drink and he doesnt make a peep 😢

  9. I really enjoy to listen your podcast especially this episode, because it discusses about the healthy eating. So many things that i learned from your podcast besides the vocabulary i also know the differences of pronounciation UK and USA. Thanks a bunch!

  10. Hello, thanks to you i improved my level in English and i finally i got a better score in my Iltes exam. Keep on doing too many other lessons for advanced intermediate levels. Thanks 😘
