  1. Well now I’m just all confused. I was only eating when hungry and not counting calories and shit. It was very effective for weight loss. However I was told that I need to eat 2,100 calories and 200g of protein a day if I want to keep strength and build muscle. Someone please help me lmfao. I like this approach better. 😅

  2. I was art 198 pounds in December 2025 and im currently 154 pounds. Goal is 145 to 135 pounds. I'm 5ft 5 31% muscle 24% body fat 😊
    I try to eat protein with just about every meal. My muscle has gone up gradually from 29% to 31% while fat% went down from about 27% to 24%
    I walk a couple times a week for weight loss and make sure I'm not eating too much calories or too little calories for my bodys basic function.
    So far so good and I wanna throw in weights soon

That’s not necessarily true if you eat red meat, including hamburger, meat and steaks, you’ll gain more weight if eat protein or drink protein you’ll gain weight you gotta stay away from too much protein and bread and junk food and just eat chicken and fish and salads I lost 20 pounds in two weeks
