  1. I’m not sure how I’ll feel postpartum but I’ve had fun watching the scale go UP 😂 I’m due in like 2 weeks and (depending on the day & time) have gained between 20-25 lbs. Despite looking like I have a pumpkin for a midsection, not drinking alcohol has done wonders for me 😅

  2. Seeing this for 1st time today. 2 weeks + 3 pp today. Ive been doing pp core excersies a little over a week n i already see definition but my lower abdomen is still slightly disteneded. Hope it gpes bacl by the time im 8 weeks pp.

  3. Lmao … I understand everyone loses baby weight/gains differently. BuT i hate it when people in the videos like this already look like they've been exercising forever and appear to have no extra weight on them.
    …….
I gained 62 pounds during my pregnancy and worked out 5 days a week. 2 months post partum i looked lumpy and out if shape. It took me 5 months post partum to drop 52 pounds in total and get my body to look close to pre pregnancy.I had to bust my ass at the gym 5 days a week and watch anything I ate even while exclusively breast feeding. So yea it sounds good trying to not step on a scale or care that much but when your someone like me who gained a ton of weight during pregnancy, working out and eating very strict was the only thing that helped me feel good in my skin again as much as it is/was exhausting.
So to anyone watching this, dont worry if you look big still 2 months out… give yourself a solid 6-12 months…..or longer 😊

  4. Genius way to step the narcicism up to max, not only the usual attention wh*ring of 'look at me aren't I beautiful' but with the added umph of 'I'm this beautiful AND I've just had a baby' then taking it into overdrive with the fake 'I don't even weigh myself bro, beauty standards don't matter' virtue signal. Kudos.

  5. I wish I had your post partum body. My stomach is massive. Part of me fears after three kids extremely close to ein age my diastasis will leave me with a hanging belly forever. Like I’d actually have to get surgery or something to fix it. The rest of me is getting more toned. But I’ve one of the worst tummies I’ve seen out of everyone I know and friends included. I get huge when I have my babies but it seems like my stomach stretches more than usual. I don’t know how to describe it but it’s like my stomach hangs wayyyy out instead of the more dome shape 😂 like I’m holding onto a giant dew drop and I’m a helpless blade of grass bending with it 😂 (whenever I’m pregnant I mean. I saw this one video of a lady deems rolling where she has this condition that makes her retain extra fluids and I’m wondering if I have that too ..?

  6. She has a great body not just for a girl 8 weeks pp but just in general most women even those without having a baby dont have a nice body like hers 🤷🏻‍♀️👍🏻

  7. Yeah I looked like this after I had my daughter. Skinny. Then I began to breastfeed and the pounds began to pile on…. Now it’s been 3 years…finally stopped breastfeeding and I hope to see some weight fall off

  8. Girl bye wait until you have more than one 😅 your fine now, the first one doesn't do anything it's that second that kinda messed things up and that 3rd and 4th that ruins you completely, you will have an apron that won't go away

  9. You look amazing xo I was just diagnosed with hypothyroidism yesterday so I’ve been really bummed out since then. My symptoms are really bad right now down to the joint pain and total body / facial swelling, yellowing, headache, weight gain etc. I’m cutting out all my synthetic protein powders and supplements for now and might reintroduce later on once the TSH T4 numbers become regulated.

    You are an inspiration

    Thank you
