Zero Carb Food List that Keeps Keto and Ketosis Simple

Keeping carbs low is the key to keto diet success. When carb intake is too high, we simply cannot enter ketosis and experience the unique benefits of keto.

However, this doesn’t mean that you have to rigidly track your carb intake at all times. In fact, many keto dieters are able to stay in ketosis by using one simple strategy: Eating mostly keto-friendly foods that have little to no net carbs (i.e., digestible carbs that reduce ketone production).

Although it may seem like carbs are hiding around every corner when you first start your keto weight loss journey, there are hundreds of delicious options that have zero or almost zero net carbs as well. To help you figure what these foods are and make keto as easy as possible, we’ve compiled the ultimate list of zero carb and almost zero carb foods for your convenience.

  1. If youre here looking for something yummy you can have on keto i have a recipe. cut cheddar cheese a quarter inch thick into bites and bake at 400 for 5 min, BOOM high protein low carb cheese crackers !! NOTE: dont add salt, and pull them before they burn.

  2. Diet sodas are one of the worst things to drink. It tastes sweat so the body is anticipating glucose to come. Therefore the body pumps out insulin. But when still no glucose comes, the body sends out the hungry hormone which leads you to consume more calories. So diet sodas are actually fattening.

  3. This is so incredibly overwhelming. All I know is that I have a keto recipe. Its just beef, carrots, cabbage. I dont know how to portion it. Do I even need to? I mean honestly, its alot of stress.

The mealprep recipe itself is at 486 calories per serving. According to my weight, age etc I need 1535 calories per day.
So…I am able to just eat two meals without measuring?

  4. Good info but I don’t agree with the soya sauce to be added and I wouldn’t advise anyone to have any kind of alcohol during keto as it really slows weight loss
Also from my 3 years experience in keto
Processed foods could work well 😊

  5. I dont agree with a zero carb diet … I'm a very healthy 63 and been eating keto my whole life. Before it was even a word! lol Its simply eating healthy and if you do that most of the time, you can easily handle some tasty carbs and not have to feel a guilt trip when you do! Enjoy a few carbs once in awhile as a treat but that's it! A treat not daily intake. Like counting the carbs of a spice you use is pretty ridiculous to me! Your not gonna eat enough of it to harm you in any way shape or form! And if you do, it wont be the carbs that you need to worry about! Humans have been eating carbs for thousands of years so Im gonna continue to do so in moderation and enjoy them when I do 🙂

  6. The problem is medications.
If we avoid these junk pharma medications America will become a third world and healthy.
Soon we gonna start raising our chicken and fresh egg in our backyard.
Then people get healthy but bad for many industries and CEO.
