I wish I could eat steak more often but herein Norway it’s not halal, and it’s really expensive tbh but luckily we live near the border between us and Sweden so we drive to Sweden once per 2nd month and buy some halal meat that’s cheap and grass fed letting me eat steak 2 times and I’m really thankful for that!

  2. Keto is literally the only meal plan I ever did that actually works without overworking yourself training. Spinach and lean meat only everyday in small portions. You'll be hungry the first couple days after that watch the fat melt.

  3. Just meat looked this crap up for two hours and little to no data on grass fed or not is available it’s all the same eat meat be healthy is how ever all I could find for best health marks in all humans for long life and over all wellness

  4. How long can you do full Carnivore if you are prone to Kidney Stones? Currently using Chanca Piedra and Baking Soda daily. I am a very active 61 yr old female. I have 50 pounds to lose 🙀!! I AM currently stalled on OMAD and Keto. I am taking Berberine , ACV, and Organic Extra Virgin Olive 🫒 Oil at bedtime.
    Grass Fed Organic Beef 🥩 is more readily accessible here than Organic Free Range Grass Fed Eggs right now. My Target Weight is 120 pounds.

  5. As a dietician this is incorrect. No food is going to burn calories for you and somehow amazingly make you lose weight eating more nutrient dense foods is great to help you along your weight-loss journey, but you can’t expect one food to drastically change your figure or appearance stop spreading wrong information.
