How, you ask? Eat clean (whole or minimally processed) foods, cut out added sugars and drink more water. Try to focus on lean proteins, healthy fats like nuts and seeds, and lots of veggies. Clean eating is flexible and all about balance. Cutting out the processed ingredients is what makes such a difference. I’m happy to share more information if you have any questions. You can also find more of these meal ideas on my TikTok account under @ FirstTasteTips.

  1. 2 medium eggs have more cholesterol than the maximum allowed a day, thats before eating any other cholesterol containing foods (like meat, cheese, dairy), eggs should be avoided generally, especially if there is an increased risk of cardiovascular disease

  2. I've noticed that the more I improve my life by creating a healthier lifestyle, the more inner peace & happiness I cultivate & experience. This journey towards better health seems to extend beyond just physical well-being; it also enriches my mental & emotional state. Each step I take, whether choosing nutritious foods, daily exercise, or practicing mindfulness, feels like a building block toward a more balanced & fulfilling existence. It’s fascinating how these changes create a ripple effect throughout my life, enhancing my relationships, boosting my self-esteem, & increasing my overall sense of purpose. I find myself more present & engaged in my daily activities, which brings a deeper sense of joy.

However, I also recognize that the journey isn't always straightforward. There are days filled with challenges & moments of self-doubt that can creep in. Yet, it seems that embracing these struggles as part of the process helps me grow even more. It reminds me that true wellness involves learning lessons along the way. I'm grateful for the positive changes I’m making & committed to continuing this path. I believe that prioritizing my health, inner peace, & happiness is an essential step toward creating the life I desire, filled with tranquility & happiness, which is exactly what I've done & love. Each positive choice, whether eating nourishing foods, staying active, practicing mindfulness, or getting enough rest, seems to unlock another layer of well-being.

It’s not just about physical health; making these changes has shown me how much my mental & emotional resilience can grow. As I honor my needs & set boundaries that support my growth, I find myself less reactive, more centered, & able to appreciate small moments of joy. The journey isn’t always easy, but every step forward reminds me that investing in my health is truly an investment in my happiness & peace.

  3. I changed my diet once for like a month, i did a bloodtest to see what i tolerate and what i dont. Got a meal plan and ate what and how it said. i got really bad symptoms. Increased heart rate~110bpm when im resting, bloating, diarrhea, hands moving on its own, waking up to the toilet during the night, muscle pain. It was a strict diet. Im not doing it anymore and the symptoms are gone. Was giga stressed thought im dying….

  4. Thank you for this!! I love these fun, healthy foods that aren't just grass. I started my resolution this year to lose the last bit of unhealthy weight. Despite having a fast metabolism, it was quite difficult and im proud to say that im almost about to reach my goal❤

  5. I didn’t make any dietary changes but I will say, after working out consistently for five months I no longer have the desire to indulge in libations or any other mind altering substances. My sense of clarity and well-being is more important than ever before.
