And to be honest I'm actually not going to try it I know but instead of doing that workout and wasting half of my day on that thing just eat healthy food like bro you guys are telling me now you are going to do the workout and come back in 7 days like so I don't forget it like bro are you guys too lazy to eat fruits ☠️

I didn’t have belly I have a great figure back then without exercise what every I ate I didn’t gain any weight I was skinny and that’s why my figure was awesome but in vacation I didn’t walk at all u can say whole day in bed eating sleeping using phone was my routine that’s why I gain weight but not like proper belly I guess it’s bloating something which I have and it’s only lower belly

    Today i decided to start exercise first I do lymphatic drainage of my face etc then I do a little warm up like jumping up and down I do feel like I’m gone my heartbeat was fast etc I didn’t care I found about this exercise on my fyp I did it after doing it my belly feel tighten and waist etc after That I did arms and 90 degree shoulder exercises

    For those who have tried of anyone can I get this figure or some change in 7 days ?
