  1. I don't eat (rice, fruit, potatoes) and I only eat twice a daily, which is vegetarian, noodles with boiled vegetables, and I'm still gaining weight 😅 I have no idea why, and I don't eat bread

  2. I’ve lost 40 pounds since the 1 of June and I didn’t ban any food, just counted calories and watched the amount of protein not to lose muscles instead of fat. For the rest I ate anything I wanted within my calorie deficit limit.
