  1. Bro u are so stupid, veganism is insanely unhealthy it can kill u. Its not just hard to get all nutrients u need, its impossible!!!! Pls dont make videos about things if u have no clue 🤦‍♂️ vegetables are toxic and u want to tell me its healthy lmao. Pls just shut the f up about the carnivore u have no idea what u talking about. If u eat an Animal nose to tail, u have EVERYTHING u need

  2. The one thing that does not seem to be mentioned often is that when you go healthy, after around a week or so things will change when going to the washroom… This change will last for like the first few weeks when the washroom thing starts up you will feel like you are in a sewer due to how bad it all smells due to the body releasing years worth of toxins🤢 But, after that, it's all good and you just simply feel notably better both physically and emotionally😇

  3. Strange how no one talks about this. I changed a few habits, followed a plan I found by accident… and now I feel like I’ve been upgraded. No meds, no crazy treatments. Just 40 days and the right information.

  4. I’ve tried a lot over the years vitamins, prescriptions, detoxes, fasting, you name it. But nothing ever stuck. Until this one book. I won’t say it fixed everything overnight, but it gave me a rhythm. A reason to believe in natural healing again. Luke Belkop somehow built a system that respects both body and mind. You probably won’t believe it until you feel it. I didn’t either.

  5. It felt like my immune system hated me. I got sick every two weeks. I was tired of doctors, tired of pills. Then I found something that didn’t require either. Just a natural rhythm. Just 40 days. Thank you, Luke Belkop. You actually made me believe my body could recover on its own.

  6. I wasn’t looking for a miracle. I just wanted to feel normal again. What I found instead was a shift I didn’t expect. Luke Belkop doesn’t promise magic. He offers structure real structure that makes you wonder why no one told you this sooner. The way he lays things out just… makes you feel like your body finally has a chance. Try it. Quietly. Privately. Just start.
