Please explain the each side like do you do a total of 6 sets broken into two per side or am I complicating it it could just be 3×10 for the whole thing but I'd like to try these
I have been STARVED of actually good core workouts. I see too many Pilates girls(love y’all) who’re trying to get ‘11’ abs, and not enough people who are actually trying to improve their core strength. This is EXACTLY the core workout I’ve been wanting to see, I WILL be hitting this for the rest of my days(maybe with a plank)
Can you do them all with regular dumbells or kettlebells? I'm asking since my fitness center doesnt have the detachable circular weight thingys from the barbell press
😂 I’ve been doing core qorkouts and the other day I thought…u know…maybe I should throw in some ab workouts. Bit only cause I ran of of core workout ideas and don't feel challenged. Thanks for the new workout ideas!
the problem i have with laying flat in a flat non cushony surface is that my gluter or either my back are like "naturally" arched so difficult even more to kay flat 😢😭😭
Is there a chance to exchange the metal plate thingy (idk what the name of it) with other more easily accessible items cause I don't go to gym, only home workout and soace is highly limited.. So I wonder is a dumbell with both hand works the same or not?. — complete newbie, so I'm genuinely asking. And I truly wanna do this. Because they say core muscle is important as you age. I don't wanna build anything just wanna be somewhat fit-healthy enough to live up till 80-90😅
Just happened to scroll on you videos, I love you workouts. I have always hated gym exercise but you explain each move and why it’s beneficial. I appreciate that. It made me start back up in the gym again🙏🏾
I get great results pushing my low back "down into the basement" for floor core, but when I take pilates the instructor says to leave room under the low back. I dont argue with her, I just keep doing what works for me.
I am 7 months postpartum with my 5th baby so at this point, i definitely need to focus on some extra deep core, but gentle movements. so for anyone who is postpartum, just wanted to share that Pilates has been amazing for my core and pelvic floor strength!! 😊 I am excited to get to the point of being able to use weights without "coning." 😊

When do you do these? Before or after a workout or can you do them alone? Would love that!
I am fat and have a big butt. I have such a hard time “keeping my back flat on the ground” what should I be focusing on while I slowly lose weight?

If you don't have plates would this work with a dumbbell?
