No, it doesn’t always have 10 grams of protein. I have only found one specific brand from Costco that does. The majority that you find in stores only has one gram of protein per cup.
And not just to rice or quinoa – buckwheat, pearl barley, dried peas and bulgur also love bone broth, and in case of peas it improves the taste dramatically!
I’m not sure if this a universally Italian thing, but my family has always done this, the first time I had white rice boiled/ steamed with just water I was so confused
Okay I know this is old but this is not good advice if you are trying to lose weight. The calories from bone broth are 40 calories per serving you can easily add a lot of calories to a simple rice dish
We actually do this where I used to live in the Middle East! My mother actually used to boil bones to get broth and then freeze them to use later. (Idrk if that’s safe but still 😭😭)
Does anyone know what you can substitute as a vegan?
What's the best low sodium bone broth?
Love me bone broth in rice, game changer!
👌🥰💯
Great video thanks ❤️👍👌🫶🏻🙏

As a Pakistani we does this almost every time we make chicken/ beef Rice ( pilafs and yakhni biryanis ) its really flavorful and good for health too!!
I like adding coconut milk to my rice when cooking 😋

PLEASE speak more slowly! My heart rate goes up listening to you talk–it's stressful!

Now add that to the rice /chickpea / quinoa mix from another one of your shorts… double whammy 😀

SPECTACULAR IDEA ❤❤❤❤
Hmmm…. I wonder if there's a vegetarian "knock off" for bone broth?
@NutritionbyKylie
Yes….I have been doing this for a while now ❤

Don't forget all the toxins that are in rice…..make it more healthy with bone broth 🤣
I'll pass on this. To me bone broth smells like cremated ash and I just…..can't.
Wow.
Just wow!
For a total of 14.3g of protein per cup of white rice 😉 Aloha!
Any suggestions for vegetarians? Thanks!
I rather add rice to bone broth soup
What brand has 10 grams of protein per cup? The brand i use has 3!!
WOW
Remember to use actual broth and not the "broths" made by companies like swanson. The mass produced ones are like 95% sodium lol
Good tip, although the bone broth I've tried never tastes very good.
Any vegetarian/vegan tips like this?
Isn’t it “not a complete protein” though?
The only problem is bone broth is expensive
What about vegetarians?
TIL Americans call stock bone broth. Otherwise a good tip!
I know veggie broth wont have as much protein but im a vegetarian so is there anything I could add to it?
Yeah but 10 grams of protein in the whole pot isn't very much. Say you eat half the pot in one meal, that's 5 grams, which is less than a single egg.
