  1. That’s so true! I gained 60 pounds on my 1st pregnancy because I was sedentary and ate way too much unhealthy food! Plus ended up with a fatty liver disease, pre diabetic, hypertension 😢 then I lost all the weight I gained and got pregnant again and now I’m 16 weeks pregnant and only gained 1.5 lbs! I eat more protein and vegetables+ I work out and I’m feeling great my labs and baby are pretty good as well ❤

  2. None of this is true . Some women absolutely cannot prevent this type of weight gain . It’s just whether or not you’re hormone sensitive and I’m tired of seeing “
    Doctors “ and “ fitness influencers “ tell people they can control their weight gain . Some women can for sure , but not all of them ! I gained 60lbs both of my pregnancies despite eating high protein , low carb , barely having an appetite, and doing burn boot camp my entire pregnancy. It just happens to some of us and that’s life .

  3. Naw we get so huge in the us thanks to all the processed foods and so on and overeating i’ve never seen women in Japan or other countries get this big only certain countries but most of it was dietary related
