Please i ' ve question ❓ I walk for 45 minutes in the morning and I do 36 minutes cardio is that enough for weight loss and i also do some diet and cycling in the Evening
I find that it’s really rather depressing to eat a hamburger in sequence. It takes the enjoyment out of eating😢
if the only way of staying skinny was to drink vinegar i would have painted my ceiling red with a 45 caliber by now

Just eat meat,organs,maybe some common vegetables like onions,tomatoes and garlic, dairy – that's it. It'll be better than most diets.
