  1. Second day doing this, dont know what happened. No adverts yesterday and now there are 5 adverts, even two towards the end. This has totally ruined it for me. I won't be using this again. having to stop to skip the adverts is not good. really really disappointed. can't come back to it now. Sorry. I dont feel anywhere as good as I did yesterday. really annoying.

  2. Im currently 136 kg I let myself go due to being stuck at home. working remotely but I had enough. looked up work out videos but this one is alot more friendly. Sadly I only did 10 minutes so far and got super tired. Im going to do this everyday till I can get the full 30.

    First day work out 8/13/2025 Ill give an update in October

  4. 164 lbs wanting to go down to 150. I tested the walk for the full length this evening and I sweated like a pig. I didn't get tired and have really enjoyed it. I plan to do it every day until the end of the month and see how it goes.
