  1. You can give yourself a break and a reward for staying healthy and eat some choco or something similar ONCE! But not everyday and all the time I think healthy food is tasty and nice but my sisters mock me and make fun of me because I want to lose weight and when they see me eat healthy or not eat they say oh you’re not confident and that I’m still a kid to be healthy but that totally WRONG I’ve decided what I want to be and glow up! But they kept mocking me and that makes me embarrassed and sad… ):

  3. This text is about my weight loss journey and daily diet. I lost 8 kg in 3 months, despite having cheat meals and losing motivation in the second month.

    Summary of my Diet & Routine:

    Breakfast: Eggs (scrambled, sunny-side-up, or omelet) with low-carb bread + 1.4 liters of water

    Snack: Homemade banana ice cream (mashed bananas + no-added-sugar yogurt drink + milk)

    Dinner: Whatever my mom cooks, usually meat, sometimes soup just eat what your mom cooks don't make her sad thinking you didn't like her food.

    Key Points:

    Avoids high-sugar foods like Nutella and pizza.

    Emphasizes that meat is not unhealthy and helps build muscle.

    Exercises regularly: workouts, cycling (8.2 km on swimming days), and swimming every two weeks.

    Overall, i feel stronger and happy with my results but i believe i could have lost more weight if i were stricter.

    My weight loss journey continues.
