  2. I’m 171cm at a bit bellow 50kg (around 90-95 pounds) at 19 years old. And i have tried eating 3+ meals a day and snacks and it has never helped even with months of consistency. Hope these meals help, although i always eat porridge for breakfast and big lunch and dinners..

  6. Hi sir, hope you are still replying to comments. Im 12 in 6th grade and im really skinny compared to the other kids. I weigh 27 kg and my height is around 4 ft, i run outside everyday, play tag, play with dirt, make stuff out of sticks and rocks, most stuff that my classmates forgot in like 4th grade. I go to the gym everyday and just to become stronger. I can see my ribs and my mom says i am underweight and unhealthy. I want you to tell me if if alright or underweight, or anything else i can do.   10. My BMI is 16.9. I weigh 86 pounds. Other than an under active thyroid I don’t really have significant health issues. I’ve been eating pies(like the entire pie in one sitting) cakes, donuts, cookies, icecream, lots of bread, drinking sodas and I never gain weight. It is so frustrating
