  1. 200-300 calorie surplus with proper diet is the best method.
    I was thin, I joined gym and ate foods without much calculation, just making sure I eat plenty with rich protien foods.
    I did gain good weight and muscles, later I dropped gym for around 3 months which made me gain weight from 73-74kg to 80kg
    I am on cutting diet; 2200cal and 160gm protien and 72kg weight.
    I'll begin my bulking with same protien and 200-300 above maintenance calories only..
