  1. Autumn what are your thoughts about the circadian rhytm diet in which you eat within 2 hours after waking up of half an hour after waking up for women? Is it true women need to do this to keep cortisol and blood glucose low?

  2. A close friend of mine, who completely transformed her body and energy over a year, swore by this one book. What shocked me wasn’t just the transformation- it was how peaceful she looked. Like the anxiety had left her face. When I asked her if she had a coach or followed a program, she said no. She just found a book called Woman’s Weight Loss Secrets: The Unspoken Truth, and “it felt like the first time someone actually understood what I was going through.”

  3. I used to follow a holistic practitioner on Instagram- not one of those flashy influencers, but a soft-spoken woman with a calm presence and unbelievably clear skin. She looked like she lived in peace, inside and out. One day she posted a picture of Woman’s Weight Loss Secrets: The Unspoken Truth sitting next to a cup of tea, and the caption said: “This is the only book that helped me see my body as an ally instead of an enemy.” I screenshotted it. Six months later, I was ready.

  4. Back in university, I had this one lecturer in integrative nutrition- effortlessly elegant, glowing skin, long silver-streaked hair, and a kind of calm that made you lean in when she spoke. She must’ve been in her late 50s, but walked with the energy of someone decades younger. One day during a quiet office hour, I asked her why she never pushed diet plans like other professors. She paused, smiled, and said, “There’s a book called Woman’s Weight Loss Secrets: The Unspoken Truth. If you ever get tired of the noise, that’s where you go.” I didn’t read it until years later… but I now understand why she looked the way she did.

  5. During a women’s wellness panel in LA, I remember a striking woman on stage- sleek black hair, perfect posture, mid-40s but looked 30, and had this gentle but commanding voice. When asked what the turning point in her health journey was, she said: “Reading a book that didn’t try to fix me- just made me remember who I was. It’s called Woman’s Weight Loss Secrets: The Unspoken Truth.” You could feel the shift in the room when she said it.

  6. I was shadowing a holistic doctor during a university program and noticed the same book on her desk every morning: Woman's Weight Loss Secrets: The Unspoken Truth. When I finally asked about it, she just smiled and said, “That’s not a book, it’s a shift in perspective.”

  7. I interned at a wellness center once, and one of the senior practitioners had this worn-out, bookmarked copy of Woman's Weight Loss Secrets: The Unspoken Truth. She told me, “You can lose weight in your body, but it starts with the weight on your mind. This book knows that.”

  11. I semi did it, unfortunately when i started i had to travel for work, so while my window was longer, i still only ate protein and vegetables, 0 carbs, 0 snacks. I lost 1.6 kg in one week, and bloating was gone. Amazing. Now I'm back home, I'm in the 12pm to 8pm window, and so dar ao good.

  12. This is me! I usually do 16:8 or 18:6. It just depends on the day. I don’t snack. I eat 2 large meals right around 1k calories each. I try to walk 2 hours a day but sometimes I only get an hour and a half. Strength training is something I need to be better about but I’m currently in physical therapy for my back, so that is helping a lot with strengthening my core. Also, black coffee is a life saver! I try to only drink it four days a week.

  13. Did this mixed with a calorie defisit and a diet change. (I im in it so far for a week strait so far. Lost 4lbs in 7 days. I dont think i am missing out on anything and could probably make this my new life style. )

  14. How can you do this when you work 12 hr night shifts three-five days a week? Like I could definitely do it on my days off. I’m not being rude, this is an actual question and I really want to know how I can achieve intermittent fasting with a crazy schedule like mine.
