Top 5 favourite fitness dailies 💪⬇️
1) 20 minute daily overhead press. It was between this and daily dips for first place, but since they are both 2 excellent pushing movements, I just went with 20 minute OHP… it was the first bodybuilding exercise I did involving weight!
2) 5 minute daily arm curls. Another OG. I remember countless early mornings during my construction days when I would drive an hour across town to get to work at 7am, and I would get up at 5:45 to hit these to start my day!
3) 10 minute daily leg raises. No list of fitness dailies is complete without the best and only core exercise you need. This is utterly transformative for core and waistline. I still start my workouts with this daily to this day… so essentially I’ve rolled it over each season since I started doing it like 2 years ago no.
4) 20 minute daily pull-ups. This one is very difficult for most people. Most people can’t do 10×10 in 20 minutes… so start with a benchmark set and do 10 sets of that… or start with:
5) 20 minute daily barbell rows. This woke up my lats and got them in the game. It helped me develop a mind muscle connection with my back muscles… and it helped me really get into overhead pulling, which ultimately balanced my physique.

Noce thanks, although No Legs! 😮
Every day? How does your body recover?
So what about your life ? You don’t own that home , if you do you came from money . Do you ever have to contend with daily life or is fitness your daily life . If it is your routine has nothing to do with everyday people.
Fuk steroids
very good
bro is doing hammer curls like he’s already bored with it
Swing them dumbbells.
Do you have a video breakdown on how to build the wooden stand for dips?
Not a single leg work out. And it shows.
"Leg raises, 30 sec on, 30 sec off" – looked in the video more like 2 sec on, 2 sec off.
That bar between trees is fire
💉
Y las pantorrillas???😂😂😂
I’m confused with the comments. Some are saying you’re on PEDs; some are saying you’re not.
Can you please set the record straight? I don’t have any problems if you are. You clearly put in a ton of work into your body and fitness. I just want to set my expectations right.
We did it boys. We found the dumbest fitness youtuber.
Nice genetics !
yes enjoy, but you are on TRT sauce!
Oh look, a douchebag with legs. This guys facial expressions are literally the dictionary definition of a douche.
I had a stroke listening to that plan. Ugggh.
And legs?!?
No legs??
Awesome, you figured out the biggest lie in bodybuilding, the frequency of training body parts for naturals. WELL DONE!!!
Skipping leg days no bueno
Way too many sets.
I dont agree with the idea that fitness should be something that requires so much accumulated fatigue to achieve. Dailies are good, yes, but only if you manage your fatigue right.
Fitness content needs to be more informed because the audience potentially have 0 to no experience and might just jump in and then quit when it doesnt work or is too excruciating.
excelente
muy bien
Someone must work from home….
10 sets of 10 reps on overhead press every day? Unless you're doing super light weight but even then so much of that is unneeded fatigue. Just dunno if anyone needs 700 reps of any one exercise in a week.
