  7. I think full keto diet is impossible for most people or at least for me. There is no way to reach 70% fat 20% protein 10% carbs without drinking oil. There is no food that contain macronutrient composition like that.

Let's take an example avocado , it's high in fat yest but the carbs is also quite high. A 100 gram avocado contains 15gram fat and 8.5 gram carbs. and 2 grams protein, that's 58% fat, 33% carb, and 7.8% protein, and contain 160 calories. Or peanut, high in fat but also high in protein.

2:17 that glass is probably 200 grams or 250 to 300 grams avocado already, twice a day would mean twice the number above.

3:34 Intermittent fasting to me is more like it, with a bit of exercise and calorie deficit depending on needs and situation, also water fast for prolonged keto mode. But full keto with food is kinda hard to find with the food composition.

  8. I lost 60lbs on keto.

    Eggs
    Can of Sardine
    Beef stick
    Almonds
    Olive oil
    Protein powder
    Hot sauce
    Cheddar cheese
    Pork reins
    Avocado
    Gallon of water

Mix these up at different meal times like after the gym I do 2 cans of sardines, 2 slices cheddar cheese and two eggs

  9. I haven't watched corporate broadcast TV for so long, I forgot how rushed and busy it seems. Both scrambling to get their points across, speeding through the demonstration, it's like you have 5 minutes max to do the whole thing and you better make it fit. Youtube is actually better

  10. I’m sure there is lots of good stuff here comma but I’m a hard of hearing senior and with all the cross talk the subtitles don’t work and it’s very confusing. It seems like both people are just talking at the same time..

  11. I’ve been doing keto for 2 years now… I’m off ALL diabetic medication including insulin. I’ve lost 100lbs and so much energy and I feel amazing. When I first learned I was diabetic… I originally thought I had cancer… I fell into a deep depression and was contemplating su*cide… when I found keto I said “what do I have to lose?” And “I refuse to be another statistic” I also got the help I needed and I’m so thankful to be alive!

  12. After a major car accident and messing up my back I walked with a cane. Keto killed my inflammation I was experiencing and limiting my mobility. I no longer walk with a cane and do regular yard work. Hoping to switch to a medditeranean style of eating going forward.
