  1. This is why i learned to weigh myself in the morning, after i went to the toilet. It really helped me assess my actual weight and to nourish my body accordingly. Also, during period i tend to be 4-5 pounds heavier simply just from water retention, so i skip the scale around that time and a few days before. I don't need to feel guilty about bodily functions. I also mainly weigh myself to keep my weight, as it is hard for me sometimes to keep up with eating properly. I weigh myself usually once a week, and then adjust the calories as needed to stay in the weight range that feels good for me ❤

  2. I always remind myself that whatever number on the scale is approximately 5-15 pounds lighter than what it says due to food intake and how much poop my body may be holding 😂😂 it makes worrying about the scale go wayyy down!

  3. Well you're lying when you say that you can watch it go up as you're drinking water because you're holding the water in your hand you're just shifting the weight of the water from your hand to your stomach so it's not going up the minute you step on the scale the weight is the same it doesn't change as you put the water in you

  4. I weigh myself on the same scale at the gym, at the same time of day each day to try and minimize variables. I noticed that my weight can fluctuate by as much as 2 lbs from day to day, due to water and waste. But over the span of weeks and months the graph pretty much looks like what she displayed. My weight is also least in the morning and about 3.5 lbs heavier in the evening.

  5. The number wouldn't go up as you are drinking it, you are literally holding the bottle in your hands, it would make no difference to the scale, if it's in your body or not. But i understand the point if the video.
