I am producing the most milk when I consume ALOT of calories. When I eat just enough calories, I lose my milk. Some women have to be as big as a cow to produce enough milk. It really depends on the child you have and how much milk they want to drink. That's why it's hard. It's not as easy as they are saying. Each baby is different. Then you have to have a supportive partner so you can get rest because you can do everything right but if you don't get enough sleep your carry stress fat.
