    45g quick cook oats
    15g chia seeds
    15G peanut butter
    10g honey
    1 tbsp vanilla extract
    150 ml milk (she used almond milk)
    40g dark chocolate chunks

    To serve:

    2 tbsp yogurt
    A handful of berries
    40g chocolate chunks
