I wish I could eat steak more often but herein Norway it’s not halal, and it’s really expensive tbh but luckily we live near the border between us and Sweden so we drive to Sweden once per 2nd month and buy some halal meat that’s cheap and grass fed letting me eat steak 2 times and I’m really thankful for that!

As a dietician this is incorrect. No food is going to burn calories for you and somehow amazingly make you lose weight eating more nutrient dense foods is great to help you along your weight-loss journey, but you can’t expect one food to drastically change your figure or appearance stop spreading wrong information.
Notice that Dr. Berg said meat, not beef. I might try something different like bison. I'm assuming bison would be more truly grass feed.
