    Do this daily

    Breakfast '' smoothie (use a blender)

    Lunch: healthy stir fry type of small meal with Tea
    If you eat meat keep it small 5 ounces with meal or in sirfry mixed vegetables
    No bread

    Dinner:. Smoothie

    And Exercise one hour every day
    Doing any style of exercise.
    Weight training or pilates or both
    Or walking a hour .
    You can do 30 min walking on treadmill .
    Then go outside walk for another 30 min equals a Hour workout.

    The total calories each day must stay low. As low as 600
    For the fastest results.

What help me at first was that i used to eat a lot of calories and i strarted training my muscle mass was very low so i gained muscle very fast and also burning fat very fast but at some point it was difficult to gain more muscle so i struggle to burn my body fat so i started to eating less calories and more protein and that helped me a lot

  3. The best way I have found to get this across is telling people there are ~3500 calories in a pound of fat. If you eat 500 less calories than you burn every day, you will lose ~1 pound per week.

  4. Actually increased my calories a pretty good amount and lost weight (I tracked it) without being more active.
    I ate roughly 4:1 fat to protein, with zero carbs. It turned me into a fat burning furnace.

    I believe this is explained away through the thermic effect of food & fat oxidation even at rest. So while I wasn't any more active, I was metabolizing at a higher, more constant rate.

    Plus, you literally pee & breathe out like 400-700 calories a day by way of ketones. (This only lasts like a week at most when getting fat adapted.)

    There are many ways to skin a cat. (Or make a cat skinny in this case.)

  7. What is up with this dudes midsection? He looks like he is carrying visceral fat and needs to do something about that for himself. Is it just me or is he carrying a lot of fat telling others how to lose fat?

  8. What if you're a cool dude and enjoy life and can wait cause eating slightly under maintenance and loosing a pound every two weeks isn't that bad cause life is good and you're heading in the right direction.

When my food intake is getting outta control re: fast food etc. and I need to lose weight again (this happens) this is what I do and it works every time (for me): I eat a TON of whole foods basically "bulking up" on healthy food..like Ill eat a huge bowl of oatmeal in the morning and then a ton of rice, veg, quinoa, meat etc all day long if necessary (as a woman I dont skip the complex carbs) I just focus on satiating myself with good food.. after a couple days of this I find the calorie intake naturally wants to drop off, a few pounds drop off right quick and it's easy then to start eating at a deficit. As a woman we cant do things that throw off our balance. We are "be"ers not "do"ers (of course we still do alot) but we cant make moves that throw off the system.

  10. I am a 6’5” male I weighed 230 and I’m now at 190 it’s been about two months now. All I did was stay under 2000 calories a day like all the nutritional labels said. I didn’t exercise at all I just stopped eating. Cut candies and sodas and bought a soda stream I got the whole house going thru gallons of water a day now
    And that was it
    I’m telling everyone just stop eating so dang much! That’s all there is to it
    I also do a version of OMAD diet but I still allow myself a real healthy breakfast occasionally but I usually only eat between 5-7ish PM
    And I switch up the foods to get my micros. Microsoft copilot AI is keeping me on tracks with my daily numbers

  11. Keto/Carnivore is crazy effective if you have a huge appetite, it’s very hard to overeat meat and dairy. I lost 10 lbs the first two weeks without tracking any macros or even thinking about how much I was eating.

    Only catch is, you will feel like shit for the first week while you’re body adjusts. Very low energy and brain fog, but it goes away after about 3-7 days.
