    Day 1: chest back , abs
    Day 2: off
    Day 3: shoulders arms
    Day 4: legs, calves
    Day 5: off

    Abs calves can be Insetted on off day or any days

    My shoulders flatten out if I do them with chest iv also tried chest with arms and back with shoulders wirk way better for me than ppl

Even if he is enhanced, it ain’t enough to definitively say he is. bro has an amazing physique under that light, but he looks pretty normal in the fitness world. might be top15% in the world sure but in the fitness world? yeah standard work.
