I live in the middle of cattle land up in Alberta, Canada and if you like ultra lean eat, then eat grass fed. To enjoy a nice fat steak, we have to feed them barley for at least a month. In the 1950's they barely ate beef as it was to tough when they only eat grass and hay.

Good food is unrealistically expensive.
Ceylon cinnamon, organic raw cacao powder, Redmond salt, organic blackstrap molasses, organic lettuce, dandelion, arugula. Used with an organic dressing with chicken or pork as protein with organic pumpkin seeds added, and just eaten as a snack. Big meal such as red beans and basmati brown rice with andouille sausage containing no fillers or preservatives. Lunch meal, salad as a dinner food.
so funny here in romania if u go to any doctor he will tell you red meat is the worst and eggs have colesterol and are bad for you..

I read an article today on Facebook that said they have found what’s contributing to increased colon cancer in young adults. The article mentioned the causes as pre-packaged lettuce in bags, and in pre-packaged lettuce in sandwiches. They mentioned lettuce from the UK. I’m in the US. Should we be avoiding pre-packaged lettuce? Is this true? The article refers to E-Coli as the bacteria causing the specific type of colon cancer. I love those salad kits you get with everything included in them.

Thanks Dr. Berg for all the tips. I do have a comment about red meat. I'm allergic to alpha-gal or red meat. This is caused by a tick bite.
I'd love it if you made a video about this. What are some alternatives to red meat or what supplements do you recommend?
