  1. Ive been using this bulking shake for the last 2 year:

    – 400ml milk
    – 100gr pre blended oats
    – 30gr chia seeds
    – 1 scoop proteïn powder banana flavor
    – 100gr peanutbutter
    – 50gr honey (best to use raw honey)
    – 80gr ice Cream vanilla
    – 1 tbsp virgin olive oil
    – 2 ice cubes

    Blend it voor 20 seconds in a nutribullet, tastes like a liquid Snickers bar

  2. Guys best bulking shake here:

    100 g of oats (blend first)
    2tbs of peanut butter
    30g of chia seeds (better to have)
    2 scoops of protein powder
    1 banana
    200ml of water (optional)
    500 ml milk
    1tbs of honey
    3 Oreo’s
    81g of protein
    1600 calories
