I’m trying vegetarian, eat the egg whites that’s where the protein comes form, stupid to throw it away, you can never get enough protein. You could always eat nuts and avocado for extra fat, but I’m on a cut so I don’t eat fats
Not true. For fats there's olives, avocado, hemp seeds and chia seeds for omega-3s, nut butters, coconut oil, and high oleic sunflower oil. Anyone who says they can't get their fats in from purely vegetable sources doesn't know what they are talking about.
The only out for you is to claim that all the plant sources of fats have too many plant toxins and so forth, but when the body is low carb it doesn't go into inflammation-mode; the rules change in one's favor.
This is absolute bs. When you cut out carbs you have to eat more things like greens, nuts, and seeds which are packed with nutrition much more so than rice or wheat. And I don't wanna hear about anti-nutrients, he mentioned eating eggs, and they also have anti-nutrients. Cooking neutralizes most of them in both eggs and plants.
I've been off meat for years but a standard serving of eggs for me is 6 whole, sometimes twice/day, considering 1/week wild caught Salmon. I also have 15mg of fish oil/day. My cholesterol is fine btw
Interesting thought process. Humans are primates, we are among the great apes. The other primates don’t seem to have any problems getting enough protein and they’re not carnivorous, they primarily eat plants so I’m not sure why we would need tons of protein to be healthy. I think most people are just bored eaters and they eat for fun. It may actually have nothing to do with being hungry.
Use chronometer. It tracks all you macros, vitamins, minerals even tells you what aminos you are getting in your meals. I am vegetarian and I find it easier to do do strict keto than my meat eating friends and to keep to the ratios.
Just to clarify, vegetarians will eat eggs and dairy. In other words, animal by-products, but not their flesh. People that eat fish are called Pescatarians. Vegans eat zero animal products, only plant based food. As an MD making videos on this topic please do your research before saying some vegetarians eat seafood/fish, we absolutely do not.
When I was vegan I was so hungry all the time. I never felt satisfied! It was awful, including the brain fog all the time. When I went carnivore, I felt full all the time. No brain fog. Never hungry. I would eat only twice a day. Eating carnivore really changed my life!
Theres is no situation on earth in which ill throw egg white away. Thats just not happening, not with these egg prices😂
This is the most unscientific b.s. I've ever heard. Dude doesn't even know the def of vegetarian?

You're confusing vegetarian and vegan
and normal vegetarians (not keto), don't have the problem of few nutrition?

Conflating vegan keto and vegetarian keto does not serve your credibility here.
What about 12 whole eggs Dr Ken?
I mean, same thing with carnivore diet right? All we need is a balance diet
