  1. I’ve gained 20 lbs this past year. I go to the gym 5 days a week but still managed to gain. I’m now making healthier food choices and lifting weights with added cardio. I’m also 40 so it’s been a little more challenging this time to get the weight off. But I’m trying.

  2. John 3:16 “For God so loved the world that He gave His One and Only Son so that whoever believes in Him, shall not perish but have eternal life” God loves you no matter what, never forget that!😊😊1$

  3. I love the way you explain things with visuals while keeping the facts in your videos. You have a clear voice AND have captions. You are so inclusive, kind and knowledgeable, you teach us so many useful strategies without being harsh or making people feel guilty about their diet/body. You keep it real and make us rethink our choices and lifestyle whilst maintaining respect for your audience. You think of all types of people, diets and body types and help all these categories! You are truly amazing and I thankyou for everything you teach us, your wisdom and knowledge! 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

  4. I gain & lose the same 7 lbs every year. I always have. I gain in October & lose it in May. I’m 43 & it’s been happening for over 20 years. The year I had my son it was a little different obviously but other than that it’s the same exact 7 lbs that come & go. I’m 5’7” and 127 is my winter weight, 120 is my spring and summer weight 😂
