My mother always told me to weigh myself after going pooping and never before. I thought she was just trying to make the scale show a lower number but the older I got the more I understood why. I weighed myself once before and after pooping and it was a bit gross to know how much I had just put in the toilet but it also gave me a clearer picture of how much weight I had gained while stressing about a test vs how much I lost/maintained when relaxed.
Aw man, I came here thinking I was going to learn how to gain some healthy fats! How does one do that? Because I have always struggled with being too skinny and lacking enough healthy fats. People always talk about being scared to be overweight, but how about those who are underweight?
Maybe you’ll see this, but I’m thin. Roughly 5”4 and teetering between 110-111 lbs. I look so skinny… I don’t like it. I want to be at least 118lbs. So you have any tips on how to gain weight and keep it on to feel healthy again? I have little to Jo appetite but I’m willing to eat regardless to put the pounds on for my overall appearance and confidence. I’ve always looked my best around 118-125
Also amazing to remember, it takes around 7000 additional calories consumed to put on 1kg of body fat!! That is NOT gonna happen in one day, even with a couple of slip ups
Honestly, if you’re on track, you should only be weighing in once or twice a week at most. Weighing in every day will discourage anyone, especially women, as even when we are on track, the scale still goes up and down because of what we eat, our hormones, our clothes, etc.
oh hell naw no way you just said water has weight. NO liquids, literally NONE, in the history of the universe have ever had ANY weight and water cannot make you gain weight because it shockingly has ZERO fucking calories 😂
