I love sardines. When I was travelling around Europe in 1980 I used to eat tinned sardines then rub the oil on my leather knee high boots to keep them supple. The cats loved me. 😻
I noticed your riced cauliflower mix included peas and corn: I usually try to avoid these higher-carb veggies, and stick to high-fiber veggies that give me very low net carbs.
