  1. So…2 weeks ago I found out I am 3 months pregnant (yeah, crazy..I know 🫢). The the only workouts I do is on my arms, back, stairs and do a lot of walking. I’m just scared to do any other workouts 🥹

  2. I’ve decided to keep working out for my 2nd pregnancy, currently 25 weeks and only 6 lbs weight gain. With my 1st I did no exercise & gained 60lbs😤so I definitely feel healthier & beautiful with this babyboy🤰🏻💖he’s healthy & thriving🫶🏻don’t let people tell you to not workout! Just keep moderation & listen to your body
