if you keep on eating a lot of meat in which rate probably about two months, but if you just go off track and start eating healthy, you will be fat and about 2 to 3 months but if you wanna look above and you stop eating what you’re eating, it’s probably gonna take you a long time like five monthsbut the only way to get Friday is if you start eating like things that make you fat
