  1. Bro imma take a second to say the dumbbell chest press you did was Spot On. Top ten. Perfect for outer chest opposed to inner center chest exactly like you're doing. Straight up vertically is way more effective than old fashioned bench press

  3. if you keep on eating a lot of meat in which rate probably about two months, but if you just go off track and start eating healthy, you will be fat and about 2 to 3 months but if you wanna look above and you stop eating what you’re eating, it’s probably gonna take you a long time like five monthsbut the only way to get Friday is if you start eating like things that make you fat

  4. 3887 calories-2000 of rmr or resting metabolic rate- workouts= 233 extra calories a day if the 2 calories a month thing was consistent I’ll say chef rush is 280 lbs and 145 as a starting point means 84 ish months of this diet cause 2×12=24 pound and muscle gain a year and this means it will take about 6 ish years of dieting if he always consumed this no cheat meals ( this is maybe the most estimated thing ever but with the numbers given this is what will happen
