  1. You don’t need to eat for two people…it’s only 300 calories you need extra. But it’s so hard to keep that in mind bc I’m so hungry all the time. I started at a healthy/normal BMI and starting to gain weight rapidly at 21 weeks.

  2. Thank you! It seems like every video discourages this but I knew there had to be some research out there for people that have a BMI of 42 like myself. There’s no way I should be gaining 25 pounds this pregnancy! Just downloaded my fitness pal and counting calories now!

  3. The wrong advice has been given on the food matter please make sure you keep processed foods out of your diet specially when your pregnant all they are is empty calories that will only make you more hungry please try to incorporate veggie’s and natural fruits and whole grains like Oatmeal rice beans potatoes lentils if posible keep your oils to a minimum these foods will keep your hunger at bay and you won’t feel hungry so often and eat until your satiated and satisfied

  4. Thank you so much for this. Everyone says you should not lose during pregnancy even though am 80 over the recommend weight for my height. Your explanation makes so much sense to me.
