Oh thank you kind lady for this tip and i am most certainly going to try it. I am on a strict diet at the moment. I am focused, determined and driven to lose weight even if it kills me. Is this a yoga exercise??.. ive never done yoga but i do believe that it is good for weight loss. Thank you for this tip. I am going to do it right now effective immediately. I do these exercise on (13/9/2025) now my weight is 60kg to 49kg this my plan Day 1:these exercise with other exercise. Day 2:fever🤒with body pain😢. Day 3:these exercise with other exercise. Day 4:Done✅ (Physical problem so three days no workout. Os i start has Day 1) Day 1:✅
