  1. You guys forget that when you diet/fast your stomach shrinks especially if you were prone to over-eating. This may look like not a lot of food to some but eventually this fills you up and you don’t feel the urge to eat for the sake of eating.

  2. Last summer I had made good decisions about reading, following a healthy diet, and having fun with the family. It was a simple plan, and it was wonderful. I read a lot of books and had a lot of fun. The Silent Feminine Power by Lana Cressel is my favourite about glow up – game changer. The things inside are incredible, but there are methods that can be dangerous if not used properly. This summer my goal is to shine and improve my physical build and take care of my hair.
