  1. Glow juice:
    beetroot 1/2
    + curry leaves 8 to 10
    + amla 1
    + turmeric 1/2 inch raw
    + cumin seeds 1 tsp
    + 1 glass water

    Blend all of this together
    Strain with a muslin cloth/ strainer into a juice
    Add lemon drops , black salt/ pink salt for taste

    Salad:
    Protein source: boiled chicken 200 grams & 2 hard boiled eggs
    (You can also replace it with boiled tofu/paneer/chick pea)
    Dressing:
    Greek / plain yoghurt 100 grams
    1 tbsp honey
    1 tsp olive oil (i prefer garlic olive oil as it tastes better)
    Salt & pepper 1/2 tsp
    Chilli flakes 1 tsp
    Cumin powder 1 tsp
    Mix everything together really well and add to your bowl of veggies ✨

  2. Turmeric water haha, bro doesn't even get absorbed as not paired with any typa fat, you think you'll have benefits of turmeric in WATER, nah turmeric is fat soluble so it won't be absorbed if you don't add in any fat

    Try methi tea in the morning and don't take dinner too heavy or after 6:307:00
    Vaise to you are already fit, but if you've decided so I thought lemme help u out cuz I have also tried it and lost 6.5 kgs in 20 days…don't take any salty foods in dinner, no sauces, jo oil…maybe just soups and salads! It may get u into boredom but results will be amazingly fine!🩷🫰🏻

    2. There is no such thing as “blood purification”. It’s a myth.
    3. There is no such thing as “boost in metabolism”. If there was a “boost” in your metabolism, you would have an autoimmune disease.
    Sharing your meals and snacks is fine but let’s not perpetuate misinformation, even if it’s unintentional. You have a platform so it’s your responsibility to do research first.
