Salad: Protein source: boiled chicken 200 grams & 2 hard boiled eggs (You can also replace it with boiled tofu/paneer/chick pea) Dressing: Greek / plain yoghurt 100 grams 1 tbsp honey 1 tsp olive oil (i prefer garlic olive oil as it tastes better) Salt & pepper 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes 1 tsp Cumin powder 1 tsp Mix everything together really well and add to your bowl of veggies ✨
