I don't usually comment on videos, but I had to share this. The most important thing is to be consistent… I used to be skinny since I was kid, everybody says its about genetic and thats it… Body is simple, eat more proteins and you will get muscles, also include hard workouts in your routine. I started with 3 workouts per week and 200proteins per day. I followed meal plan from Dietornia which helps me to calculate kcals and shows me quick prepare recipes. after 3 monts, I got 20lbs of lean muscles and my shoulders finally look good xd
Thanks for sharing this. Three months ago I couldn't walk up stairs without breathing heavy. Felt tired all the time, even in the morning… Then I started slowly with 3k steps per day, than 5k. I also started to dring warm lemonade in the morning. After one week I felt better, so I added some home workouts in my routine, nothing special because I couldn't do even one push up in that moment xd Than I decided to start with meal plan, so I began following meal plan from Dietornia. Nothing extreme, just being consistent. Now I feel healthier and lighter and a bit more proud of myself. I lost 29lbs… If I changed in 90 days, you can too.
a year ago my partner left me, with words that I was terribly fat… I felt bad, very bad but in the end my partner was right, although it was hard for me to admit it. after that I started changing my habits, I walked briskly for 20 minutes twice a day, drank hot water in the morning and cut out sweets. I must say that after a few days I already felt better and had more energy in the morning. then I took a diet plan from website dietornia and after 2 weeks, I had already lost 8lbs, … today after 3 months, I am 35lbs lighter. just believe in your dreams and nothing comes overnight
Love this video. I've been on my own journey for 3 months now and I am 32lbs lighter. I cannot explain how better I feel rn. I started with tiny habits… like more water, short walks, less snacks. I also started with gym, for first time in my life xd I took meal plan Dietornia and that's when it got serious. I lost 32 lbs so far. I messed up many days, not gonna lie, but I kept going. If someone needs structure, that site really helped me.
Really good video. I weighed myself this morning and I am 26 lbs down… still can't belive it honestly. I didn't change everything overnight. I started with tiny stuff first.. more steps and more water. Less late snacks when I got bored. Just trying to be a bit better than the day before. After that I felt better, esspecialy in the morning. So I started with gym, 3 times per week. I was first time in my life to go to the gym xd Some days were bad and I messed up completely, but I just kept going the next day instead of quitting like before. I also took meal plan from Dietornia it really helped me stay consistent. Now I'm 24 lbs down and I feel like myself again for the first time in years. More energy, better sleep, clothes finally fitting normal. Its crazy what a few consistent weeks can do… dont chase perfect days. Just keep going, even when you mess up.
Yeah, seems obvious to me. Super easy way to restrict calories, only thing to watch out for is cheese. Also by swapping your carb side out for veg you can eat huge volume to keep yourself full (so long as you don't go crazy with oils, etc).
I m doing keto i hate chicken but I m taking it for my benifit i mainly eat 3 things 1.chicken 2.Walnuts 3. White radish/Daikon along with butter or gree or olive oil
I m eating Mainly these three things bcz I don't like fish and I m egg intolerant
I m doing keto for past 2 months and have reduced 12+ alhamdulillah
I eat 5 days ONE MEAL A DAY THEN for 4 days 2 meals a day I have few more kg to loose inshallah I m get there
You seem to discount the metabolic mechanism like lowering of insulin and glucose
Men I just want my abs to pop , they are there but I keep getting told carbs make them thicker looking lol.
Cheeseburgers? Nooooo!!
Hi mike what you think about bodyopus ? Can you make a vidéo on it or juste send a message to know what you think about it?🙏🏻🙏🏻 Thanks for your vidéo man im an sicilian guy who live s in Belgique and we follow you from Italy to Belgium 😊🫡
If I don't eat sugars for 2 weeks I don't want it any more. If I eat just a bite I am back to tons of sugar
Doing a psmf dropped my hunger to a crazy degree. Eating chicken breast for 2 meals a day and egg whites for breakfast. After 3 days of that I'm stuffed on 1100 calories.
Somebody should wash your mouth out with soap.
Fried chicken skin is the best keto junk food
in 2 months i went from 265 to 210 on keto, didn't even exercise, mainly focused on cold cuts, cheese, red meats, eggs, and lost 55 pounds. My opinion stay away from keto bread, wraps etc, it'll stall your weight loss. Avoid energy drinks like Celsius unless you CRAVE that soda feel. And if you mess up, don't let that demotivate you, you're human it's about progression not perfection. do keto it'll make you appreciate food more, if you're low on energy eat a avocado or a handful of nuts. If you're someone who eats a lot, i had a moment on keto where i binged on pepperoni, notice what you're doing, and go from there, but it's normal and it happens. Eventually I did end up not wanting to eat, and when I got out of keto junk food like bread, and sweets don't interest to me anymore, I do low carb, focus on black beans, sweet potatos, peanuts, and it helps out a lot, ill binge a pizza here and there but keto helped me to lessen my interest for junk food.
I have just recently started Keto for me its because eating carbs just make me feel tired and drained.
I used lore carb bread such as heylo to make the keto diet not feel like a diet.
good stuff
I appreciate this balanced take on keto. Most of the videos out there are filled with insufferable keto glazing.
Keto works really well for overweight people. But if you're already lean (~15% body fat or lower) ketosis just doesn't suppress your appetite anymore.
gettiing out of keto without gaining the weight back is hard
damn!! the most sensible advise to date!! respect!
Great summary! Exactly what I have learned, Thank you for confirming!
Perfect explanation! You know the "insulin model" folks are not gonna like this common sense though right? Great video!!!!! Completely agree.
The main specific point is whether or not you're insulin resistant or insulin sensitive. Low carb diets are really the answer for those who tend to be insulin resistant.
What I did to loose 45lbs in 4 months is go full on carnivore for 2 months, meat eggs cheese ONLY, this diet is super easy to manage I ate 3 sausages throughout the day, one dry chorizo at coffee break, two pork sausages at lunch pick your flavor it doesn't matter and a burger patty with boursin cheese and a fried egg for dinner. It's utilitarian, I like meat and takes up verry little time to prepare. The weight loss effect will plateau which is when you switch to a more balanced diet, you lock in, count calories, count steps etc. and watch as another 20-25lbs falls off your fat ass. I'm motivated by the results which starts a feedback loop of motivation to see more results, which motivates me to eat right and exercise more, which reinforces the same feedback loop and so on. I feel great, I look better, time for a walk I can do this, you can do this, Get to grinding.
