  1. You are correct! I can eat keto and eat 2500 calories a day and still lose weight. I can eat 1200 calories of whatever I want on a low carb diet and the scale barely moves, plus I am starving all day!!! Keto is real food and your uses it.

  2. The only reason it really works is, if you spike your insulin levels, your body is in fat storing mode. If you don't raise your insulin levels, you are constantly losing weight 24/7, it's that simple. But your indoctrinated ass avoided such an important piece of information for the longest.

  3. The problem with your premise is you assume people will actually stick with it! People will probably just do it for like 2 months and see they lost weight. Then stop and eat junk food again

  4. THIS! Keto is not a healty longterm diet. All you have to do is cut out junkfood and fast food. Make meals for yourself. Don't eat chips or desserts. You will shed the pounds like there's no tomorrow.

  5. I eat keto, I smoke straight ⛽️, I drink straight GIN with club soda, I enjoy my lifestyle and I get to lose weight as I work . I’m a heavy laborer work on sloped angles in the sun. Shedding fat like if they milking me like a 🐄. Fuck fast food and carbs I spent my whole life chasing that junk. I get to be free at last and have a clear mind 24/7 even high or drink my mental clarity is so sharp on keto.

  6. I'm just starting day 3 right now! And you're right! A person can only eat so many eggs, so many hamburger pattys, and so much ham. Last time I was on keto, I really started to see the inches disappear on day 12. 🙂

  7. Went on keto with low cholesterol and in a couple of months I had a stroke and my small particle LDL oxidized and went to 954 which is extremely high. . Be careful people. It doesn’t happen to everyone but it does happen.

  8. I eat more calories on keto and lose weight. Ive tried it many times and it works every time. I keep my protein the same all year round and just replace carbs for fat, but the calories from fat far exceeds my carb calorie count. I eat fatty meats, cheese, nuts, olives and avacado everyday. Have no idea why i can lose weight eating more calories than before but i do and its not just water weight.

  9. Just before covid i lost 20-30 lb on keto. Was so satisfying seeing the scale go down every morning. You literally breathe out the broken down fat while you sleep. Gained weight back the last several years but then last year I went from 220 to 160 lb in 8 months in Thailand. I ate moderate carbs every day but just ate smaller portions, intermittent fasting (didn't eat every day until about 12pm or 2pm) and walked everywhere. The activity increase really helped. Also i think spicy and fermented foods in Thailand helped.

  10. Junkfood is gone?? I live on "junk"food! Minced beef with cheddar and pickels, whipped cream icecream, shoarma with garlicsauce and some lettuce, india butterchicken with some cauliflower, cauliflower/ mozzarella pizza with pepperoni, burgerpattys, spareribs, cheesecake . Its junkfood everyday, all day ! Fat and delicious!

    You can't categorically say "pasta" is junk. That's just ridiculous.

    Pizza is often junk but it doesn't have to be. I have a Neapolitan pizza recipe I use that's about 700 calories for a dinner serving including 40 grams of protein. It's not keto but it's also certainly not junk.

  12. Cut out sugar and carbs 2yrs ago and feel so much better! Now I have to cut out my almonds that are my nighttime snack. Too many calories, and yes I know healthy but too many is toxic but I love'em!

  13. This is 100% accurate. You end up breaking your sugar addiction and then naturally eating better and less. The problem is the food options are so limited and bland that once you go back to a regular diet it’s very easy to rebound

  14. What you missed is the lack of cravings when you’re on a keto diet.. you don’t have the urge to snack on junk foods.. and no it’s not discipline, the craving is completely gone
