  1. this is your friendly reminder that a rice cake that’s chocolate is 60 cal and a small tablespoon of chocolate that will fill your craving is 70 cal. I think you could deal with 10 cal so that is obviously an option if you do want to stay low-calorie

  2. I love rice cakes, not even when dieting. I use them and put everything protein on them. Avocado, tuna, chicken. I even eat them by themselves. I don’t like the sugary ones though. I think they’re underrated lol or I’m just weird.
