I just ate a TON of watermelon after fasting for almost 24 hours and I feel AMAZING and AMAZINGLY SWEET!!! LOL 🍉🍉🍉
Thank you for all you do us!!
Much love, support, prayers and appreciation always!! 🙏
Yeah just spike your blood suger every couple of hours with atkins and be starving throughout the day
How are y’all doing with that opinion that shit’s comical in 2025 your agenda has been proven. These kind of people are the kinds that sit with the Kellogg’s family and try to tell people that that’s how they stay healthy and feed their kids.
These people are liars. Probably paid by Big food
.
sybau
Yeah and they dont give any advice after saying keto doesn't work 😂😂😂
So don't eat carbs. Misinformed mmm
I'm not going back to eating any of the things that are high carb. So I'll not be following any of your recommendations.
I rotate in a day of higher carbs and am generally low carb. Reversed my pre-diabetes.
I will keep eating a ketogenic carnivore diet if it means I won’t radically age like these two. Holy crap, they both look like they have had a hard life!!! It must be super hard mastering diabetes with a high sugar diet and it really shows.
No ticking time bomb here, even if their point was true, which it isn’t, not interested in ever going back to eating high carbs and medications.
I’m glad to see I came to the comments to find out everyone else already called you stupid
People take low carb and make it NO CARB which is not the way to go you need carbs
Propaganda as usual from you! But for the grain of truth, in the specific case of type 1 diabetes, going LCHP instead of LCHF takes care of that! Highly insulin sensitive, high protein lover here!
Is this AI from the sugar and food industry?
Low carb and Keto are RARELY recommended by doctors for diabetes. This dude is full of …well, not facts.
You have no idea what you are talking about!
An initial dip of 14 a1c to 5.6 ok thats what my dip is
lies go on keto dont listen to these lies, ketosis well literally save your life
carnivores the best
I don't know what these guys are thinking they got to be nuts there's no way why would they try to sell us on some some crazy idea like that carnivore and keto have been the best thing ever happened to me and I've been on it for 3 years so they're talking a bunch of bull
Bullshit!
ya… ok…. duh? You get your body used to not eating garbage and then you eat garbage and it goes nuts…. duh?
This is a misinformed video! Hundreds of people are saved from diabetes every year from the Keto Diet. No Sugar and low carbs, monitoring and listing results. 😂
Keto threatens your career 😂
Source? We made it up.
I don't get your drift, diabetics have known for decades that carbs = problems so please explain . The Atkins diet is this , people didn’t know the science back then but they knew what worked
This is absolutely ridiculous! I reversed type 2 diabetes with keto. Hba1c is 5.2. These are the long term results they are talking about. You don't have a clue…and the other comments on here indicate that too!
The misinformation is coming from this channel 🤷
I cant afford insulin so i kinda have to minimize the carbs
I don't want to eat high carb foods they make me feel ill. You speak nonesense without any medical FACTS
I experienced this myself. I became so insulin sensitive on keto that i would get sick if i ate almost any amount of carbs. And felt so drained.
So how long have you guys been Vegetarian? I don’t intend to eat carbs again
If I straight fast for 10 days , and I'm prediabetic, will I die ?
What kind of diabetes are you referring to type one or type two be specific be clear
Been on Keto for 27 years.
If it’s not the way to go, what do you suggest?
So just don't eat high carb foods ever again, no problem for me.
